School events bring learning to life and help shape our school culture. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.
Our school events may include:
- school orientation days
- sports carnivals
- open day and school tours
- diversity and inclusion days, awareness days and significant dates
- Book Week events
- excursions and incursions
- performances, concerts or school productions
- fundraising, charity and community events

Year 10 into Year 11 Subject Selection Evening
Date: Tuesday 2 June
Time: 4:30-5:30 pm
Venue: Richmond River High Campus Library
Information evening for current Year 10 students and their parents and carers. Mr Woodward and Ms Hinchey will speak about HSC requirements and expectations. Subject head teachers will be available for consultation.
The Year 10 into Year 11 Subject Selection booklet will be distributed to students on the night.
Year 11 and Year 12 Parent Teacher Evening

Parents and Citizens Meetings
Date: Every term on Monday Week 4
Time: 6:00-7:00 pm
Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held in the school library. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.
End of year celebrations
Year 12 Formal

Held at Lismore Workers Club.
Students arrive from 5.00 pm.
Proud and Deadly Awards

Parents, family and community members are invited to celebrate the success and recognise the achievements of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
End of Year Awards Assembly

All parents and carers are invited to attend the end of year awards assembly. Parents and carers of students who are receiving awards will be sent invitations closer to the event.
