Our wellbeing and support staff guide student wellbeing, learning needs and inclusion. They work with teachers to make personalised adjustments. This means each child can take part fully in school life. We make our school welcoming and accessible to every child.

Richmond River High Campus also has a Wellbeing nurse, Jennie Tolman, for a number of days per week. A Wellbeing nurse is a highly skilled, experienced nurse employed by NSW Health to work in selected schools as part of the joint NSW Health and Department of Education Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse Coordinator program.
Wellbeing nurses work closely with school learning support and wellbeing teams and local health and community services to support students and their families with a wide range of health and wellbeing concerns.
